I have a 14 month old and she loved wandering around the toy department and marvelling at the many different toys, books and games. They have a few of the toys out so the kids can have a play on them. There is also a little reading area where they can sit on little beanbags and have a read.
The cafe is good, they do a lovely caramel latte!
The soft play area is decent, but can get very busy at weekends and during half term.
