- Vanessa Boyce Review added: 2018.04.08★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Sports Direct should be renamed as Sports self serve! The staff I approached had no idea about customer service. My thoughts are when you ask for help on locating a product why don't they show you were it is! No why don't we just point it out to the customer making them feel like they are welcome to shop. Really need to work on attitude to customers in this tough trading environment!
